چکیده
Data were obtained on the copolymerization of ethylene with α-olefins over supported titanium–magnesium catalysts (TMC) prepared same magnesium dichloride support but differing in composition and oxidation state titanium. The kinetics 1-hexene TMC different compositions studied. produced ethylene–1-hexene copolymers, their molecular weight distribution, thermophysical characteristics, branching distribution presented. constants calculated. containing only Ti(II) compounds as active component exhibited increased copolymerizing ability compared to conventional TiCl4/MgCl2 catalyst Ti(III) component. In addition, an produces copolymers a more uniform distribution. It was shown that isolated ions could be used produce X-ray amorphous ethylene-propylene elastomers high yield.

Copolymerization of ethylene with α-olefins over highly active supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst with vanadium active component
The new highly active supported vanadium-magnesium catalyst (VMC) has been studied in α-olefin (1-butene, 1-hexene)/ ethylene copolymerization in the presence of hydrogen. Data on the effect of α-olefin/ethylene ratio in copolymerization on the content of branchings in copolymers, kinetic profile, copolymer yield, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of copolymers have been obtain...
متن کاملBimetallic coordination insertion polymerization of unprotected polar monomers: copolymerization of amino olefins and ethylene by dinickel bisphenoxyiminato catalysts.
Dinickel bisphenoxyiminato complexes based on highly substituted p- and m-terphenyl backbones were synthesized, and the corresponding atropisomers were isolated. In the presence of a phosphine scavenger, Ni(COD)2, the phosphine-ligated syn-dinickel complexes copolymerized α-olefins and ethylene in the presence of amines to afford 0.2-1.3% α-olefin incorporation and copolymerized amino olefins a...
متن کاملObservation of different catalytic activity of various 1-olefins during ethylene/1-olefin copolymerization with homogeneous metallocene catalysts.
This research aimed to investigate the copolymerization of ethylene and various 1-olefins. The comonomer lengths were varied from 1-hexene (1-C₆) up to 1-octadecene (1-C₁₈) in order to study the effect of comonomer chain length on the activity and properties of the polymer in the metallocene/MAO catalyst system. The results indicated that two distinct cases can be described for the effect of 1-...
متن کاملImido-modified SiO2-supported Ti/Mg Ziegler-Natta catalysts for ethylene polymerization and ethylene/1-hexene copolymerization
A novel imido-modified SiO2-supported Ti/Mg Ziegler-Natta catalyst for ethylene and ethylene/1-hexene polymerization is investigated. The catalyst is prepared by modification of (SiO2/MgO/MgCl2)TiClx Ziegler-Natta catalysts via supporting vanadium species followed by reaction with p-tolyl isocyanate as imido agents, to get the merits from both the SiO2-supported imido vanadium catalyst and the ...

An amine bis(phenolate) dibenzyl titanium complex having a methoxy donor on a side arm leads, upon activation with tris(pentafluorophenyl)borane, to unique living properties in alpha-olefin polymerization: exceptionally high molecular weight poly(1-hexene) is obtained in a living fashion at room temperature, living polymerization of 1-hexene is obtained above room temperature, and block copolym...
